Warm welcome to you!

I’m Grace Li, LPC, RYT.

As a recovering intellectualizer, I've learned to feel my feelings (& not just think about them). I know how hard it is to forgive yourself and be vulnerable again after a shitty relationship that left you doubting your ability to trust the right people.

For a long time, I was the "cool girl" who didn't care about anything. Turns out, I was actually just super avoidant (lol). I learned I did care about things— very deeply, actually— and I learned that it’s okay to care about stuff and have big feelings.

As a second-generation immigrant, I have an appreciation for the challenges (& beautiful joys!) that come with being a woman of color.

When I'm not in session or on the mat, you can find me hiking, camping, and connecting with nature. I love dancing barefoot in the grass. I’m always diving deeper in understanding myself, human existence, and beyond.

I help people come home to themselves, remember their inherent worth, and trust their inner wisdom. I’d be honored to bear witness to your healing.

On my own journey,

Here are some ways I guide my clients toward transformation:

  • Turn self-awareness into change: You know your patterns, but still feel stuck. It’s so frustrating to be self- aware, but not know how to move forward. We’ll break through the overthinking and learn to live more in the present moment, taking action that brings real change.

  • From cool girl to real girl: Let go of the “unbothered, hyper-independent” persona. It’s exhausting to pretend you don’t care when deep down, you long for real, authentic connections. Work through the fear of being “too much”… embrace all of who you are.

  • Cultivate secure attachment: Relationships can feel like a rollercoaster when trust is hard to come by. If you struggle with communicating your needs or fear getting too close, I’ll help you show up more confidently in your relationships.

  • Embrace big feelings: You’ve kept your feelings buried out of fear they’d be too much to handle. Learn to feel without fear, so you can express your emotions freely and without shame.

My approach:

I work relationally and draw from somatic therapies, IFS, and ACT. Read more about these here.

I believe in a bottom up approach— we won’t just talk in circles about your thoughts. We’ll learn how to tap into our body’s experience as a vessel for change.

We’ll explore the unique parts of you. We’ll also use our own relationship as a tool to uncover patterns that reflect your relationships.

We’ll work to take action that’s aligned with the life you want.

I’ll challenge you and always bring my authentic self to session. I’m direct and honest, so I’m not just going to sit there and nod. I’ll tell you what I actually think.

Clients have said I have a grounding + playful presence. I’m easy-going and don’t take life too seriously! I believe in the healing power of laughter and shared emotions.

Nothing shocks me, whether we’re talking about sex, trauma, or the complexities of your inner world, so you can trust that our sessions are safe for any revelation. I’m here, no judgement.

We’ll laugh, dance, cry, and journey through all the beautiful emotions together, nurturing your spirit along the way.

We’ll learn how to identify and release emotion in your body, strengthen your intuition, and use mindfulness to develop present moment awareness.

Spiritual elements can be explored to deepen your connection with something greater than yourself, providing a deeper sense of meaning in life.
