For when you need help sitting with and navigating your current experience. We’ll attune to what’s coming up for you, using practices to help you mobilize stuck energy and invite in clarity.
These sessions are not a substitute for therapy, but rather a space for gentle, embodied self-care. The focus will be on your current physical experience and though we’ll explore what surfaces during the session, we will not be engaging in talk therapy or processing past traumas or experiences.
