An 8 week group therapy experience for those wanting to learn how to feel, trust, and live from your authentic Self.

This 8 week virtual therapy group is for PA residents who are ready to go beyond just thinking about change and want to begin embodying the most authentic version of themselves. If you’ve been on your healing journey but feel something is still missing, Come Home to Self offers a collective space to explore somatic practices, nervous system healing, and Self-leadership.

Whether you're an overthinker or tired of your hearing your inner critic, this group is focused on helping you build a deeper relationship with your emotions, body, and inner wisdom.

Maybe you find yourself dissociating, checking out, or replaying the past. Maybe you feel disconnected from the present — from your body, your emotions, or your relationships.

Come Home to Self is where we interrupt those patterns. It’s a space to slow down, feel, and practice something new. If you're longing to feel more alive, more grounded, and more in your life — join us.

What You’ll Learn Inside the Group

In Come Home to Self, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand and work with your nervous system – Learn the language of your nervous system so you can recognize how your body responds to stress, safety, and connection. Practice ways to regulate.

  • Build a relationship with your parts – Curious about parts work? Beneath the overthinking, self-doubt, or people-pleasing, there’s a calm, clear presence within you. This is your Self—your inner compass; a steady, wise energy that knows your truth. You’ll learn how to build relationships with the parts that distract from clarity, so you can lead your life from this grounded, intuitive Self led place.

  • Practice embodied Self-trust – Learn somatic tools to help connect with your body and make decisions from a place of deep, inner knowing.

  • Strengthen your connection to your intuition – Learn to quiet the noise of overthinking and fear, so you can access the deep, steady wisdom within you.

  • Show up more authentically in your life and relationships – By integrating nervous system regulation and parts work, you’ll access more clarity, confidence, and courage to live from your truth.

Each week blends psychoeducation, experiential practices, somatic exercises, processing and community support, helping you integrate what you’re learning both in and outside of the group.

This group might be for you if:

  • You’re good at talking about your feelings, but feeling them is another story.

  • You intellectually understand your patterns but still find yourself stuck in the same cycles.

  • You seem “put together,” but underneath, you feel anxious, disconnected, or like you’re faking it.

  • You overthink, people-please, strive to get it “right,” or shut down.

  • You are tired of second-guessing yourself.

  • You don’t feel fully here. Like you’re watching your life rather than living it

  • You want to feel more like yourself but aren’t even sure who that is anymore after self-abandoning for so long

  • You’ve been in therapy or on a personal growth journey, and you’re looking to go deeper.

  • You want concrete ways to integrate somatic practices and apply what you’ve been learning in a way that actually fits your unique system.

  • You’re craving community—being witnessed and supported by others walking a similar path.

  • You’re looking for a more cost-accessible way to explore this work—this offers a lower investment than 1:1 therapy and is a powerful place to begin or deepen your healing journey.

This group is not for you if:

  • You’re in crisis or looking for intensive trauma work. While I am a trauma therapist, this is not a trauma-focused group.

  • You’re looking for a space to vent rather than actively engage in learning and experiential exercises.

  • You need or prefer 1:1 support to feel safe exploring emotional or body-based work.

  • You’re unable to commit to the full 8 weeks. This is a closed group, which means the same group of people will meet each week—no new participants will be added after we begin. Consistent attendance is important for building trust, safety, and depth in our work together.

Group Format & Logistics

  • 8 weeks; 75 minute sessions

  • Held virtually via Sessions Health (PA residents welcome)

  • Limited to 8 participants

  • Starts Monday, July 7th 2025 5:30pm (1:1 intake session will be completed for each participant 1-2 weeks prior to group start date)

  • Group sessions will be held every Monday @ 5:30pm* (flexible start time, subject to change based on group availability)

Investment:

  • Early enrollment (register before Friday, 5/30)

    • $77 per group session

    • $100 1:1 intake session (45 min)

    • Total $716

  • Regular enrollment (closes Wednesday 6/25)

    • $88 per group session

    • $100 1:1 intake session (45 min)

    • Total $804

*sliding scale available on a limited basis

Want extra support along the way?

In addition to your collective experience, you’ll have the option to schedule 1:1 sessions. These are for if something comes up that you’d like to explore more privately, or if you need extra support with what’s emerging in the group.

  • 30-minute session — $77
    A shorter check-in for focused support.

  • 60-minute session — $144
    A fuller space to support you at a deeper level.

These are completely optional and available to book throughout the 8 weeks.

Curriculum

Week 1: Coming Home to You
Orientation, intention setting, and beginning the practice of attunement.

Week 2: Understanding Your System
Nervous system 101 and intro to somatic practices. Explore how your body holds stress, safety, and connection — and begin learning tools for regulation.

Week 3: Meeting Your Protector Parts
Identify the parts of you. Learn how they’ve been working hard to keep you safe.

Week 4: Befriending your Protector Parts
Deepen your relationship with your parts

Week 5: Making Space for More of You
Begin connecting to the parts of you that are softer, wiser, and more alive.

Week 6: Embodying Self-Leadership
Deepen into practices that help you lead with Self.

Week 7: Integration
Reflect, embody, and reinforce what you've learned. Explore how to continue this work beyond the group.

Week 8: Closing Ceremony
A celebratory session to honor your growth, your parts, and your community.
